How to Replace a Ceiling Fan Light Chain

New ceiling fan light chain

Steps

Turn off the power to the ceiling fan.

Remove the old light chain.

Use the screwdriver to remove the screws that hold the light chain in place. Once the screws are removed, you can pull the light chain down. 3.

Cut the wires.

Use the wire cutters to cut the wires that connect the light chain to the fan. Be sure to cut the wires as close to the light chain as possible. 4.

Strip the wires.
