What are your shipping charges?

The cost of shipping is a flat $5.00, currently we ship to the continental U.S. Gift delivery times vary and average 3-5 days.

What happens if my gift isn't received?

If a HiGabriel Box never arrives to the recipients address, HiGabriel will ship out a replacement box.

Are there refunds or exchanges?

A HiGabriel Box can not be cancelled after it is sent. While we don’t offer refunds or exchanges on sent boxes, if the product arrives damaged we’ll replace it.

Can you customize your boxes?

Yes! If you have a specific product or budget in mind, let’s talk about how we can make it happen for you and your client.

Do you market to the person I gift?

Nope. Never. Giving a gift is about you and your client. It’s personal, we respect that and wouldn’t have it any other way.

What do you do with my clients' name and address?

We respect the privacy of your clients and take very seriously the trust and responsibility you have given us by entrusting your clients’ names and addresses. Gabriel does share that information with any third parties. We also do not directly solicit or market to your clients.

Do you include Gabriel marketing in the shipments?

No. The exterior of the boxes do not have any Gabriel branding. We also do not include any inserts in the box.

What is the shipping address on the shipping label?

When we print our shipping labels, we put the salesperson’s name in the ship from field.

Where do your cards show a postmark from?

We use mailing solution that allows us to print USPS labels, which the post office scans and does not stamp. There are no post marks.

What if something is broken in a shipment?

We include a phone number in the box for the receiver to text us, if there is a problem with the shipment. We will quickly ship out a replacement.

Will I be able to track shipments?

Yes. You will receive an email when we ship out a box and also receive an email when the shipment is delivered.
