How to Change a Light Bulb in a Harbor Breeze Ceiling Fan

Is your Harbor Breeze ceiling fan's light bulb flickering or burnt out? Don't worry, changing it is a quick and easy task that you can do yourself. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get the job done:

Before you begin:

Turn off the power to the ceiling fan at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
Allow the fan blades to come to a complete stop.
Gather a new light bulb that is compatible with your fan.

Step 1: Remove the glass shade

The glass shade is usually held in place by screws or clips. Look for the screws or clips and carefully remove them. Once the screws or clips are removed, gently lift the glass shade up and off the fan.

Step 2: Unscrew the old light bulb

The old light bulb will be screwed into a socket. Simply turn the bulb counterclockwise to unscrew it and remove it from the socket.

Step 3: Insert the new light bulb

Take the new light bulb and screw it into the socket clockwise. Make sure to tighten the bulb securely, but do not overtighten it.
