How to Change a Ceiling Fan Receiver

Here are the steps on how to change a ceiling fan receiver:

Turn off the power to the ceiling fan at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
Remove the old receiver from the ceiling fan. There will be two screws that hold the receiver in place. Remove the screws and carefully pull the receiver out of the fan.
